Karen B. Crossin

She specializes in multiemployer health and welfare plans and has two decades of experience in the multiemployer benefit industry. Her experience includes actuarial valuations, claims experience analysis, financial projections, contract analysis, participant communications, drafting of plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions and compliance with laws including HIPAA, ACA, ERISA and COBRA. She began her career at Towers Perrin as a Benefits Specialist. Karen’s responsibilities included pension and retiree health and welfare administration.
